Charleston Blast and Paint (CBP) is dedicated to being a partner worthy large, medium and small format blasting and painting service facility to our current and future commercial, industrial, DOE, DOD, and DOT customers. We are currently located in Ladson, SC on 10 acres with 95,000 sq./ft under roof and enclosed. We have a solid team, solid quality system, solid plans for growth and solid acquisition plans to ensure our dedication is meet.
Our Systems:
To ensure excellent quality for your coating needs, we maintain complete inspection logs of blast profiles, atmospheric readings, and dry and wet film thicknesses. Each project adheres to client and industry specifications, and we can accommodate any type of coating application from a basic shop coat to a multi-coat system.
Our QMS system has been designed to gain ISO 9001:2015 certification which we plan to receive in 2020. We are incorporating specifications for our CFR and MIL-spec customers into the core of the system as well.
Our systems are being driven using our MRP system JobBOSS with its integrated Unipoint quality management modules. Continuous improvement through internal audits, process development and checks will ensure that these systems stay up to date and relative to the ever-changing industry.
